CYLAND Audio Archive will be presented by its curator, Sergey Komarov, as part of an exhibition program at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall in St. Petersburg. Entitled “Thirty-Three Sounds: The ABC of Petersburg Experiments”, this concert and exhibition programs are unique catalogs of the most significant Petersburg sound phenomena: from the horn orchestra to graphic sound, from the shot of the cruiser Aurora to Shostakovich’s opera Nose, from the invention of the radio to the noise experiments of the nineties.
