◆CYLAND Shows Experimental Video Works by St Petersburg Students◆
CYLAND MediaArtLab hosts a screening of experimental films by the students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences (Smolny College) of St Petersburg State University. The event took place at the White Hall of the TAIGA Space followed by a discussion with Masha Danzis, the Faculty member.
Presented works take experimental forms of an artistic and documentary films, in which the author presents her subjective method of narration. They are the essays, the open works that explore the relationship between artistic story and image, characterised by the principles of causality and cohesion of text and image that create new pictorial metaphors.
