A distinguished group of curators, critics, organizations, institutions, municipalities, companies, and artists have come together to announce the launch of RSP—a dynamic hub dedicated to fostering international dialogue, providing resources, and facilitating contemporary public art in Berlin, Germany.

This summer, RSP kicks off its international programming with the electrifying exhibition 220V, showcasing prominent figures in new media art.

Following exhibitions at the Moscow Biennial and St. Petersburg Biennial, as well as an expedition to the Arctic Circle with the Farm Foundation, Russian artist Anna Frants takes over RSP Gallery with her latest work. 220V marks the premiere of many new pieces by Frants, developed in collaboration with CYLAND Media Lab, the co-founder of Cyberfest—Russia’s largest new media festival.

American artist Ryan Wolfe, after showcasing his work at the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai, joins RSP as its artist-in-residence. 220V will feature the debut of Study For a Perfect Storm, an interactive installation Wolfe has developed during his two-month residency in Berlin. His next piece in this series will be unveiled at RSP in September before he embarks on public projects around the world.

As a special extension of 220V, RSP is offering a unique summer program: a free robotics workshop for children, led by a child. Twelve-year-old Daniil Frants, who has previously taught this course in Russia, New York, and Japan, brings young minds together through technology, creating cultural connections while exploring a subject deeply relevant to today’s generation.
